Description
Seeking a maintenance technician with some general handyman duties. This person will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the exterior of the mall to include picking up debris, garbage, painting over and covering up of Graffiti, power washing as needed or required, repairing and or replacing light fixtures, outlets, painting, drywall repair and at times working with outside vendors as needed. Prefer a bilingual Spanish/English speaking individual. This person will report to the general manager.
