Need someone to watch my small dog off and on

I am looking for someone to watch my small dog-Jack Russel- when I have doctor appointments, etc. Must live close to Bellair at 51st Ave and Bell Rd. she has anxiety issues when I leave her in her kennel. She is a savior dog. I have had her for about six months. She is eight years old and weighs about 16 pounds. The lady that raised her was placed in and assisted living facility, so she was placed in Arizona animal rescue place, where I found her. She is house trained, likes people and other dogs. Thank you.
