Seeking an individual/investor to provide a personal loan fully secured by real property.
Loan Amount: $6,000
Purpose: To fund a marketing program for the of a launch of a new company. Not a pie-in-sky idea. Business model is similar to Constant Contact.
Loan period: 3 to 6 months
Loan will be fully secured by an asset valued between $25 and $30K. Lien will be placed on the property to guarantee the loan will be repaid.
I may offer you the Option to convert the loan to an equity position in the company with annual income.
