Summit Maids is seeking hardworking and reliable house cleaners. You will be setting your own schedule and days available that you want to work, while we provide you with a friendly support team who will set up your appointments for you and get you booked out according to the schedule that you have set up for yourself. Any customer service issues we will handle for you to save you time and let you focus on your work. That means no more tense interactions with upset clients. Summit Maids was locally started and run - we’re not some big faceless corporation that’s directed by some exec across the country. We believe in taking care of our cleaners and our community. Compared to the competition, we offer significantly more than minimum wage. We want you to be properly and fairly compensated for the effort you put into your cleans - that means paying above-average starting wages, instant raises after three months, and monthly bonuses based on performance and client satisfaction. We also pay out weekly. Your money is yours! We do not accept bookings on nights, federal holidays, or voting day, which means you get to enjoy time with your family and friends without missing out on pay. What kind of work will you be doing? We exclusively focus on residential cleaning. That means you’ll be working on homes and apartments, doing things like mopping, dusting, tidying, cleaning surfaces, etc. We’re here to try and help our clients live a better life, knowing that their home is being taken care of.
