We are seeking an experienced and skilled property management service tech to join our team. If you have the following, then we are looking for you. 1. Skilled in plumbing repairs, electrical repairs and HVAC repair and trouble shooting. 2. Strong work ethic and able to multi task and at times work under pressure. Able to lift over 50lbs. 3. Appliance repairs and be able to transport appliances form one point to another, including hook up. 4. Dependable and have outstanding time management. 5. Owns personal tools and able to utilize plumbing machines. 6. Prioritize Emergency Repairs/Able to take after hours on-call services. Dependable Transportation a Must 7. Outstanding customer service, able to meet deadlines and be a team player.
