Must be comfortable going up and down ladder. Sometimes 2nd story. Training Provided. Dental/Vision available after 90 days. Life insurance after 30 days. LEAD position includes getting gutters preped for hanging, hanging and pitching properly, removing old gutters, picking up any trash we make. Talking to customers and making sure they are happy with job. Inspect all work to insure it is properly installed. In charge of helper as well. Installer assists Lead with all duties and grow in knowledge and skill too. Helper: Will assist Installer and lead with gutter project. Help picking up debris, handling materials, picking up equipment, etc. Must arrive on time daily, 730 -8am. Pay is by the foot 1 Per ft - Lead Per ft - Installer Per ft - Helper Depending on the job size 4 -6 days a week Paid within 48hrs of job being completed.
