METAL ROOF LABORER $30hr EACH GUY

I am looking for two guys with experience installing metal roofs. I AM NOT LOOKING FOR A ROOFING COMPANY!!!!!!! I am looking for the guys that work for one that want to earn a decent wage for some side work on the weekend or days off during the week. It is about 8 hours of work for someone knowing what they are doing. If it takes you longer than that well the $30hr I am offering goes down to equal my budget of $600. The job will pay cash but you will not be paid until the job is complete and I thoroughly inspect it myself. I have all the tools to cut the metal roofing material and a ladder.
