Join us for Christmas In The Park, have fun meeting new friends and bring joy to kids on Christmas. This is for everyone young, old, singles, couples, parents, and kids. The event will start at noon on Christmas Day and last until 3pm. Each person attending please bring 1 kids gift per person so we can make this a special day for the kids. SO FAR THIS IS WHAT WE HAVE 1. Christmas Tree 2. 6 foot stocking for presents. 3. The Photography Salon/ Professional Photographer / free Christmas photo’s 4. 4 folding tables for snacks and gifts. 5. 15 gifts so far 6. 3 pitchers for drinks if needed 7. Palermo’s/Tony (owner) wants to donate a couple of trays of pasta (we can discuss if we want to have hot food or just a snack table. THIS IS WHAT WE NEED 1. Santa (I know that would be a stretch but it can’t hurt asking. 2. People/Kids 3. Presents/ Each person attending should bring at least 1 kids gift per person. Each gift should have an age range and gender placed on the gift (if needed) so it will be easier for the kids to pick out. Gift age range between 0-18yrs. 4. Christmas ornaments (it would be great for kids to be able to paint a Christmas ornament, put it on the tree and get a free photo. 5. Paint and Paint Brushes. 6. Decorations for the Christmas tree. 7. Music/ Live or Radio 8. Games and fun Christmas Stories for the kids. 9. People to help out just in case it gets too crazy. 10. 1 more Professional Photographer would be great. NEEDED SNACKS/DRINKS 1. Snacks and Drinks 2. Paper plates, Napkins, Utensils (if needed) 3. Candy Canes 4. Food if we decide on having food. 5. Water This is a low-key chilled event, for people to meet and for kids to enjoy a special day. If you want to help organize that would be great just send me an e-mail so we can go over the plans. Please remember to bring a picnic blanket and to dress accordingly to the weather. We will be located close to the Botanical gardens. Please practice social distancing at all times.
