This position is physical and requires the ability to exert 50 to 100 pounds of lifting and force occasionally, 25-50 pounds frequently, and 10-25 pounds constantly. This position requires the ability to work in tight spaces occasionally. This position requires the ability to walk, run, bend, and squat-sometimes for a long period of time. This position requires the ability to climb ladders and occasionally work in high spaces such as roofs. This position requires some unsanitary work, Employees are expected to perform such work and to ensure they are properly following all safety measures for the benefit of their health. This position requires the turnover process of an home. Be able to work on plumbing and electrical work. Participate in the inventory control process. Participate in the organization and upkeep of the maintenance shop and garage Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency work orders as per company guidelines. Share in general customer service duties related to all previous, current, and future residents. Maintain a positive, helpful, and "can do" attitude. Must own a pick up truck or SUV vehicle. Employee must provide own tools. HVAC certification recommended. Job Type: Full-time
