We are good tenants it's my husband and I and our two kids we are looking for a 2 to 3 bedroom house we're trying to avoid the West end and Portland and downtown Louisville Kentucky area we have been at our house for almost 3 years we are clean quiet drug free and always good on our rent we're banking around $3,800 a month right now so if anybody knows anything or if you are a landlord please reach out to us we are trying to move within the next month or so
