The Position The Carpenter's prime responsibility will be to work on rebuilding clients' homes after our remediation process has been completed. You will work with a small crew and administration staff to complete all jobs. You will also assist to coordinate the job and see it to completion. Responsibilities: *Complete a variety of remodeling projects from start to finish *Install kitchen cabinetry *Work alongside, direct and supervise crew in completion of project tasks *Ability to speak to clients in a professional manner *Communicate daily with the owner, project management regarding project status, challenges, or changes *Communicate daily with clients including project status, daily progress, and answering project-related questions Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. *5+ years of construction and/or remodeling experience *Experience in Carpentry, Painting, Drywall, Finishes, Tile, Flooring, Cabinetry, Door Installation, Minor Plumbing, and *Electrical, and Handyman Services *Knowledge of Power Tools including skill saw, miter saw, and jigsaws *Valid Driver's License *Willing to work overtime when necessary to deliver the project on time *Ability to climb a 24" ladder and lift and carry a minimum of 75LBS *Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong math skills *Ability to pass a background check *Ability to speak some Spanish Benefits *Full-time, 40 hours/week, flexibility to work overtime when required *Health insurance, including added vision/dental *401K *PTO & Paid Holidays *Various performance-based incentives *Poder completar una variedad de proyectos de remodelación de principio a fin *Instalar muebles de cocina *Trabajar junto con el equipo, dirigirlo y supervisar para completar las tareas del proyecto. *Capacidad para hablar con los clientes de manera profesional. *Comuníquese diariamente con el propietario, la gestión del proyecto sobre el estado del proyecto, los desafíos o los cambios. *Comuníquese diariamente con los clientes, incluido el estado del proyecto, el progreso diario y la respuesta a preguntas relacionadas con el proyecto.
