Please Let Me Know

I have known my best friend for 37 years. She has always been the most wonderful loving kind and generous person I've ever known! A couple of days ago my boyfriend broke up with me because he said it wasn't fair to me that he worked so much and could barely spend any time with me and she allowed me to come and stay with her and her three kids even though her mother is in the hospital with stage 3 lung cancer. I have been doing what I can to help her with the children and her oldest son calls me Super Nanny! LOL With everything going on my best friend is always checking to make sure I'm okay or if I need anything! I told her I am here for her and the kids and not to worry about me at all!! Her family doesn't think she's doing enough and going to see her mother enough but her car is having issues as well as she is busy with three kids and on top of it her health is deteriorating as well. Mostly from stress. I wish I had the money to help her but unfortunately I don't as I cannot work and and waiting on disability to be approved. So to say the least money is non-existent for Christmas this year. She has twin 8-year-olds one boy and one girl and a 12-year-old. Two of her sons are autistic. Not really sure what I'm looking for by posting this maybe a little bit of help in some form or another even just a Christmas present for each of them. Or a new refrigerator because she desperately needs one. Please let me know if you can help? I'm not a person who has a really easy time asking for things but I don't know what to do. Thought I would try this. I hope that everyone has a blessed holiday season!!
