Looking for a Studio space/rehearsal space or studio room wiith access to a live room for rehearsals and possibly tracking. I need to store a bands worth of gear and studio setup. Perhaps if I can find a few like-minded people i would be willing to go in on a building with multiple rooms to rent out and a shared live room. I've been renting rehearsal spaces since 2009. Sadly I had to give up my last space at the beginning pf the pandemic.
