PROPERTY INSPECTOR NEEDED - No experience necessary Our company is looking for a Drive by home inspector to cover cities/counties in Northern Virginia: Fairfax, Arlington, Prince William, and Loudon Counties No experience necessary - will train the ideal candidate. Your Job description will be Doing drive by inspections of properties and leaving Door hangers on some properties. You will be paid $5 (Five dollars) per inspection completed. Requirements for the position: - A valid driver's license - A reliable car, and willingness to drive - cars that get good gas mileage are a plus. - An Iphone or Samsung smartphone (iphone preferred). Other phones will not work with the required inspection app. - Ability to drive at least 6-8 hours a day, completing anywhere from 25 to 60 inspections a day - Most importantly, a strong work ethic. There is a zero tolerance policy for lazy and unreliable employees. The ideal candidate will live in Northern Virginia to minimize time and gas commitments to complete the work.
