Light Demo, Clean and Remove Debris From Large Lot

Looking for a company that can remove dirt and debris from a large commercial lot. The lot is a huge paved area that measures 152,716 SF. The scope of work is as follows: - The entire area will have to be swept due to light sand. - There are 5 very small piles of construction debris on the lot. - There are 2 empty plastic tanks that need to be cut up and removed (12 FT x 10 FT Diameter, 12 FT x 6 FT Diameter). - There are grass weeds popping out in areas that need to be weed wacked. - There is a 13,528 SF parking area that has overgrown grass on it and small saplings bordering it. - There is also a warehouse with a 1,260 SF office space that needs to be gutted (It is already mostly gutted but the debris needs to be removed). - The warehouse has a 2,590 SF area with dirt on it that needs to be removed and swept. - There is a plastic container in the warehouse with debris in it; it will need to be removed. - There is a 14,000 SF green strip that needs to be mowed and weed killer applied. You will need to rent roll off dumpsters as needed and have a large clean-up crew. We perform debris removal ourselves so we know what a fair price is. Can you please provide us a quote?
