Summary: We're looking for high quality cleaners with a customer-service mindset to join our quickly growing rental property management team. Your primary responsibility in this role is to keep our properties clean and orderly. And you'll also work closely with our operations team to make suggestions on how we can improve the business and our guests' experiences. We're open to full-time, part-time, and hourly engagements. We're open to contractors or salaried employees with benefits. Our primary cleaning time is from 10a and 4p, so please only apply if you have availability during that time window. About this position: We're seeking motivated, trustworthy, and detail-oriented individuals to work with and grow alongside us on a long-term basis. Your job is to keep our rental properties clean and well-maintained and to serve as our on-the-ground eyes and ears. Your work time will be spent: -80% on cleaning/maintaining our rental property interiors -10% providing on-the-ground support to tenants and vendors -10% providing operational support to the business The properties you will service are all in Central Austin (78741, 78704, 78705). In this role you will: -do unit turnovers, deep cleans, and laundry at our rental properties and communicate the status of the properties to our operations team -restock consumables (paper towels, toilet paper, towels, etc.) and keep the spaces organized -provide vendors (like repair technicians) with access to the properties as needed while helping minimize discomfort to our tenants -provide support on an as-needed basis within your areas of skill or interest -- for example: decorating, furniture assembly, etc. Candidate must-haves: -A mobile phone and transportation to the properties -No prior convictions related to violence or theft -Follows instructions well and pays attention to details to ensure that work is completed successfully -Personable, happy, and helpful. You will be working around tenants and should always have a smile-first attitude. -Punctual and dependable. Our tenants are depending on you to do a good job on time so that they can have somewhere clean to sleep. -Communicative. You'll be working in the field and need to be good at communicating with other team members. -You like to clean and you're good at it. You want to make sure spaces are clean. Candidate nice-to-haves (but not required): -Experience in a house cleaning, groundskeeping, maintenance, or a property management role. -Smartphone proficiency. You'll be receiving your schedule and communicating with your team via SMS, email, and apps. -Experience in maintaining pool chemistry or outdoor garden work -Has their own vehicle We provide all required cleaning tools and chemicals.
