Free small female puppy

I’m not sure if fedex left more than my package or if this puppy being left on my porch was a coincidence. She is free to anyone with a vet reference. I would like her to go to an indoor home because she’s small right now she shivers when she goes out to the bathroom. She hasn’t had any vaccines that I know of or any vet care. I found her on Wednesday and by looking at her I’d guess she’s about 12 weeks old.
