Sweet foster dog, looking for forever home!

Hi, I'm Archie! And I'm looking for my new best friend! I'm a pit-bull/boxer mix, and the vet thinks I'm two years old. I weigh about 45lbs, and I'm extremely cute! Lindsay got me from a friend-of-a-friend after I was found running on a highway in rural Northern California. She has been fostering me, but it's time for me to find my forever home. I am up-to-date on all my shots and medical care, and I tolerated wearing my cone after being neutered like a total champ! I'm also fully potty trained. I loooove toys and especially tennis balls! I am very affectionate, loving, and I love to snuggle! I'm the perfect size to curl up next to you on the couch. I'm crate-trained and kinda like it in there. Especially when there's an extra blanket to paw around in. I don't have any separation anxiety! I have a good history with other dogs, but when another dog tries to take my toy or gets too close to my food, I growl to let them know it's not cool. I'm used to hanging out with Lindsay's parents' elderly shih tzu. We do fine eating side-by-side. Lindsay's cousins have a puppy who tries to play with me. I haven't really gotten into it, but I don't mind that she tries to hop on top of me, and I wag my tail the whole time we hang out. I'm just learning how to walk on a leash and pull pretty hard because I'm strong. Lindsay got me a gentle leader style collar, and that's helping me learn, but I'm still getting used to it. I get over-stimulated and bark when I see other dogs on walks. I need someone who is dedicated to work with me to keep my cool. Because walks on-leash can be stressful, I need to live somewhere with a fenced yard. I need an owner who has experience with dogs. I've never lived with cats or kids.
