Looking for a part time Porter / Janitorial technician. Need a self starting, hard working individual that has some maintenance knowledge and know how. Needs to be observant and can identify issues needing attention throughout the community. Hours are Monday - Friday 8a-12p 20hrs per week. Set schedule Basic duties include but not limited to Cleaning clubhouse, walking property for trash, minor painting, replacing light bulbs, blowing leaves with back pack blower, identifying issues and fixing them, and other duties as assigned. Searching for reliable person looking for part time job (20hrs per week) who has reliable transportation, cell phone, can take instructions and also can work independently with minimal supervision. Must be team player, punctual and a critical thinker Must be able to pass criminal background check and have valid DL. Must be able to clearly communicate in English. Bi Lingual OK.
