What Biden can, can't take credit for Editor: This is a reply to a recent letter outlining the accomplishments of our current president. The first of which is his much better handling of the Covid pandemic. Trump was our leader for the discovering of the vaccine and he only had it 40 days before leaving office. More people have died this year than last year and we have had the vaccine this whole year. When it first was introduced the anti-Trumpers said we shouldn't use it because Trump recommended it. Next on the list was the low unemployment rate. Last year all the business people had to lay off workers and close most of their places. Since the vaccine has been used we are getting back to normal in our shops and restaurants and that's why unemployment is down and sales numbers are great. The stock market has been mostly steady through all of this. Now Biden can take credit for all the things not related to the pandemic, like the disaster in leaving Afghanistan, leaving our Southern border completely open and our cost of living is up nearly 7 %.
