Looking for a dependable candidate who is interested in the position of horse barn assistant for an equestrian center located in Albany, OR, The position includes daily care of horses being boarded. Taking care of the daily routine including feeding horses, mucking out stalls and turning out horses to paddocks. The majority of work will likely occur in the barn where the animals reside during the winter months. However, in good weather, work may occur outdoors tending to the animals, distributing bales of hay, or fixing damaged fencing. The job is full-time work, starting in the morning and finishing up before noon. 3-4 hours per day.
This position will allow those that love to work with horses an opportunity to experience to work with horses and get paid. All interested parties need apply.
