Must rehome my gorgeous cat Saffy ASAP

Meet Saffron, aka Saffy! Born on 8/16/18, Saffy is a real Leo :) I've had Saffy since June 2020, and I love her dearly. She is a gorgeous grey and white domestic medium hair with white paws <3 Here are some GREAT things about Saffy: She will sleep on or near your bed with you every night! She LOVES to be brushed — I usually brush her every night and morning. She's very goofy and entertaining. Saffy LOVES to play! She's very fun to play with. Saffy loves windows and will spend a long time sleeping near or gazing out a window. Saffy is probably the most good-looking cat I have ever seen in my life. She is very cute when she sleeps! Saffy LOVES to be the center of attention! Unfortunately, I am no longer to keep her. Saffy needs to be an only cat, and she is not getting along well with her cat roommate (my roommate's cat). But because I love her so much, I want to make absolutely sure that her quality of life improves when she is rehomed. Ideally, Saffy would be rehomed into a house (I currently live in a small apartment) with indoor/outdoor access. She would live with a family with multiple members (Saffy is very social) where at least one family member works from home. Saffy needs to be an only cat, and ideally an only pet, though I have introduced her to a bunny before, and she didn't seem super bothered by it (she might be okay with dogs, I'm not sure, but other cats are a big no). Hopefully this family would have no plans of moving in the near future — Saffy is very affected by moves, and she's already moved several times in her short life.
