Painter - $17-23/hour DOE $500 SIGNING BONUS (SE Portland) We are looking to train someone who has some basic painting skills or more. We’d love if you have some other construction related experience and willingness to help out. We’re open to folks with basic skills or those pros who are interested in switching ships. But we are interested in finding someone who has been working as a prep or has been with a company for at a few months. We’re a small local firm with clients who often become friends. This is a FULL-time position. But if you are interested, hard working, disciplined and only available part time or need some schedule accommodations shoot us a try the worst we can do is say no. We just really want great attitudes and people that want to build cool stuff be proud of their work and take pride in themselves. You may be the painter we are hoping to join our team! We are looking for decent human beings who want make a positive difference by providing a high quality painted project to customer satisfaction that improves their quality of life and inspire them to refer us to others. We paint primarily residential exterior and interiors as well as fences, decks, woodwork and floors. Our Work is typically M-F within the hours of 7 to 5. But some projects vary and other availability is welcomed and appreciated if able. We provide all tools and training. Must be able to act like a grownup at work, have reliable transportation (bus works just tell us), and be ready to work, and be reliable. Oh and must have cell phone. Our compensation plan rewards hard and smart work, and a relaxed work environment. NO MICRO-MANAGING!!! We have small teams. Top performers make TOP PAY!
