Come see the Hazelwood Historic House this holiday season and discover how homes were decorated throughout various different time periods. With rooms varying from Colonial, to whimsical nature themes, and everything in between. Hazelwood will be decked out in Christmas finery spanning a multitude of decades, time periods, and historic trends. Learn about why aluminum Christmas trees became a short lived fad. Discover the charitable relief efforts that the Homefront partook in during WWI; and how recipes were reworked to account for rationing. Reservations are encouraged or pay the day of at the door. Dates: December 11th; 12pm-7pm December 12th; 12pm-4pm December 17th; 3pm-7pm December 18th; 12pm-5pm $6.00/Person $5.00/Seniors $4.00/Children (5-17) Members/Free *For vaccinated guests, masks optional.
