Large breed Black dog found first spotted on Lydecker Ave off of East Palisade Ave Dog is safe and with animal support and will be fed 3x a day and the vet will check them Tuesday. A team of caring local people worked to secure the dog who was scared and kept running into the street. Thank you Gail, Jorgie, Darryl, Filip and the other individuals who contributed to the dog being safe from the cars. I have the number to call and make sure the dog is okay on Tuesday. If this is your dog, he is safe :):) He was scared and wouldn’t come to us yet he wasn’t scary to anyone. He walked past children and dogs and didn’t growl or anything. What a special dog. Send me a photo of your dog and if it matches I will send the information to find him. Shout out to Englewood community and the dozens of people walking and in their cars who stopped their cars, gave treats, gave directions etc. to help this dog!
