Harness the creative energy of the New Year & New Moon to manifest your deepest desires for the year w/ Breathwork, Cacao, & Movement. Let's begin the New Year in community as we harness the magical energies of the New Moon, The New Moon in Capricorn invites you to go inward and dig deep into the essence of your being, to map out your wishes, desires, and goals for the upcoming year. Your journey will begin by honoring the Four Directions with ceremonial cacao and breathwork, activating your heart center. You'll then move your body with sensual dance and yoga movement, helping you free up space for you to welcome your deepest heart's desires. You'll end the practice with a guided shamanic journey, with the intention to create and manifest the desires of your heart. No yoga or dance experience is required.
