Part time to Full time Plumber & Maintenance position. Park is looking for a person with strong plumbing background and skills. Maintenance skills are required yet secondary, willingness to do maintenance work however is required. We will start with part-time: 25 hours/ a week and based on qualifications of the person - will potentially expand to full time, however its purely based on candidate's skills and performance, no set timeline for that. Plumbing duties: - check & repair leaks in the park - maintain water meters - install individual water shut offs for each home - any other misc. plumbing work Maintenance duties will include: - Mowing all common areas front/side yards - Mowing all vacant lots (weed whacking, around fence lines, trees, flower beds, signs etc.) - Making sure all litter is picked up and disposed of - Work that may need to be done in park owned homes for upkeep as well as any issues that may arise i.e. painting, plumbing, etc. Read, know and help enforce park’s rules and regulations Notify Management of anything that may need attention i.e. leaks or resident concerns.
