Experienced tire tech needed ASAP !

I recently have taken over an existing tire shop of 65 years. I had to let go of the existing techs for various reasons, and I need a new crew. I need someone who is experienced and familiar with tire machines, mounting, balancing and tire repair. I am willing to pay you as a 1099 contractor or as an actual employee of my company, it’s really up to you. We DO NOT however pay under the table. That seems to be the only type of applicants I am getting, and I’m just not interested in that. Pay is negotiable depending on experience. It’s a HUGE 10 bay garage / 20000 sq feet, so when there isn’t any tire work you will be helping clean and keep the shop tidy. I have 100’s of used tires that need to be organized. Most likely we will be selling the used tires that I have, then will most likely only do used tires from there. But this isn’t 100% yet. I have yet to see the profitability of used tires since I haven’t had a tech. If you know tires, I would LOVE to have you. Drug testing if drug use is suspected, so whatever you do at home, keep it there please. It is a dangerous environment and I want employees that are 100% sober. Great hours !
