Attic door repair puddy floor gaps

Hello I am looking for someone who can do attic door repair...the entrance is in one room closet and the covering is too small I need some one to completely cover it or fix it. There is another entrance anyway to the attic in the hallway. I need someone to puddy around wall boards in 2 rooms where there is a small Crack between floor and wall. One room is small and the other room is medium. (May need to redo baseboards if it may be a better look I am open to that) I need someone if possible to remove these foot boards or whatever they are at the bottom of all the closets (3 rooms) then fix the flooring to be a flat surface. Can remove shelves if needed. I am completely open to that. In January sometime I'm going to need someone to give one room a complete closet make over. New shelves, new paint, new flooring.
