We are a small, well-established, highly-rated moving company (5 stars on Yelp) located in Brooklyn looking to expand our team for Winter / Spring season in 2022. We are looking for an experienced DRIVERS & HELPERS & POTENTIAL FOREMEN to join our team who wants to get in on the ground floor of this growth and be a long-term contributor. Requirements: --2 YEARS EXPERIENCE in the MOVING INDUSTRY PREFERRED --Valid Driver' License --EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION / CUSTOMER-SERVICE SKILLS-- Our brand is built upon our charm and confidence, which puts our customers immediately at ease. --STRONG / PHYSICALLY FIT-- Be prepared to ball hard. We do a decent amount of stair jobs, this includes fifth-floor walk-ups and sleeper sofas in the summer time. If this just made you wince, think twice. --MULTI-TOOLED PLAYER -- If you are applying for Driver or Foreman, make sure you're also comfortable doing all aspects of the job if necessary: from wrapping furniture to packing the truck. --LEADERSHIP / SUPERVISORY SKILLS-- You must be a leader of men if called upon while also being a team player. --LOYALTY / PUNCTUALITY-- Always be honest and on time. Pound-for-pound, we really are the best moving company in the five boroughs. Once hired, we will start you on a probationary salary of $18 / hour plus tips. After successfully completing a 2-shift probationary period, we will bump you to $20 / hour plus tips. We historically average around $60 / day / person.
