Hello and thank you for taking the time to open this job posting! I am a 35 year old entrepreneur running 2 businesses that is in need of a full time assistant both for business and personal needs. I am open to making this 2 separate part time jobs - one for personal needs, and the other for business, but would be amazing to find someone interested in the whole job. My Businesses are in South Boston and Dorchester. One is a fitness studio and the other is a service business. My home is in N. Weymouth. I will mostly need help in N Weymouth and Dorchester but occasionally may need you at my office in Southie. The Dorchester business is about 15-20 minutes from the home in Weymouth. After you are trained, there will be times that you will have flexibility to work remote, but please plan to be available to show up most days to Dorchester or Weymouth. I will list separately needs for home and business below. Business: 1. Answering Calls + Emails for 2 small businesses. 2. Scheduling Appointments for Clients 3. Errands 4. Organizing retail + Supply Room 5. Helping Clients troubleshoot membership + logging into our booking platform 6. Helping clients purchase passes 7. Coordinating with contractors 8. Very light maintenance items may be needed. I have a cleaning service several days a week, but if they can't make it one day I might need you to take the trash out and ensure the bathroom has toilet paper etc. 9. Paying Bills Home Work: Hiring a PA for the home is new for me. I have had help for the business for a long time but home work is new and I can't wait to hire someone. If you are mostly interested in the job but one or 2 tasks on the list do not interest you, please still apply and we can discuss. 1. Help Organizing areas in the home. Ex. basement, cabinets, outdoor storage areas. 2. Running errands. 3. Paying Bills 4. Help with coordinating contractors 5. Laundry & Putting Dishes Away / Very light maintenance home cleaning - running the vacuum as needed. I have a regular cleaning person that comes every 1-2 weeks. 6. Help with Boat Preparation prior to launch + Light Cleaning of the boat in summer months. 7. Bring cars to the car wash weekly 8. Water Plants 9. Help prepping Beach House for Storms and light yard work. 10. Maintaining chemicals in hot tub once/week. I can show you how to do this. 11. Taking excess Card board boxes to the dump or to the dumpster at my business. 12. Help walking dog. I have a dog walker that is moving to Florida soon. I'm very open to getting another one but if you like dogs it would be great to group this with the job. 13. I travel often - someone that can keep an eye on the house and boat while I am away. It's likely that some other things may come up with it being a new position and would be nice to hire an open minded person. I am looking for an easy to get along with, reliable person that has a license. Ideal hours would be 9-5 Monday-Friday or 8-4. I can be somewhat flexible. Pay will be between $20-25/hr depending on experience. 3 Weeks of Paid Vacation and Sick Time per year will be included. Please email with your name, phone number, and experience.
