Description
Take the fear out of finishing! This series teaches everything you need to know to apply the perfect finish to just about any woodworking project. This first class in the series focuses on the most important step: laying the foundation for a flawless finish by properly preparing the wood. Topics include sanding, filling pores with grain fillers, and how to sharpen and use the finisher’s secret weapon: the card scraper. (Once you use a scraper, you might never want to use sandpaper again!) Additional classes in this series will meet on the afternoon of the second Wednesday of the month.Safety Measures We’re Taking to Keep You SafeSocial Distancing - All of our classes have a low capacity of attendees and will allow for social distancing.
