The 5K Mamas Fun Run is Back!! Pack up the kids, the pets, strollers and come out and join us for some family fun, mimosas, bounce house, face painting, flowers for the finishers and much more! ALSO, this year's medal is super cool! You most definitely don't want to miss out! It is our mission to educate and empower pregnant women on how to care for their bodies through pairing nutrition with light exercise, walking and/or running during pregnancy. We believe, with proper education, women can experience easier labor, lowered risks of post-partum depression and mortality, and shorter gaps in achieving a sense of normalcy as a new mom.
