Everybody, despite his or her age, has every right to play and enjoy whatever type of music they like. If anyone told you that YOU had no right to play and/or enjoy your type of music, I'm sure you'd disagree, and yet you have no trouble trying to belittle others (ironically, folks who are deserving of more respect by you) into bullied silence. Keep something in mind, please: yes, there are there older people who enjoy playing classic rock, but there are also people that ENJOY listening to those same people play. You'd do yourself a favor by getting over yourself and letting everyone enjoy and express their own kind of music. Keep another thing in mind also, please. One day, Lord willing, you'll be old, and some young person may insist that you put YOUR instrument away, and sit down and shut up, just like you're doing to others now, saying something like "Seriosly (which you misspelled, by the way), how many times can you play *fill in the blank* without puking?" How will you feel then? Forty or fifty years from now, when you're a "Grandpa", the music you're enjoying today will seem like dark-age music to younger folks. And trust me, your musical tastes are not going to change with the times; it doesn't work that way with anybody. You'd do well to show some humility, realize your own shortcomings, sit down, shut up, enjoy your music and let everyone else enjoy theirs.
