Looking for a dependable person with some basic knowledge of doing repairs at an office building. You will be called on to take care of the odd job as needed. Jobs include toilet repairs, painting, restarting pilot lights, clearing sump pump, changing light fixtures, etc. Need a person that can respond quickly when needed. All work will be done during normal working hours.
Let me know your experience. I would prefer to pay on an hourly basis for small jobs and by the job for larger projects. Let me know your hourly rate.
I am out of town. I can mail a check, or Zelle or pay by an app (Paypal, Venmo), or pay by credit card. Let me know which way you would like to be paid.
