She was released to Scraps on Trent 6815 E Trent Ave, Spokane Valley, WA 99212 at 4pm today. She was found near east center community center (the old library) Last night this little girl was cold, wet, crying and trying to get in our house. Sadly we are unable to foster her until her family finds her. She is a sweet and friendly dog.
