small jobs around the apartment

Description

I have about 3-4 small jobs: put up a corded light fixture, put up a floating ikea shelf, put up a second shelf cleared from one cabinet to the other, rebuild a drawer box… these things should be able to be done in 3-5 hours. Reasonable prices will be considered. I could do the jobs myself but I have lack of a ladder and tools and my age is another issue. Thank you
