I need help with a property in Portage City. 1) Buy a lockbox and a lock to put on one door. 2) Take pictures of the house - 4 exterior photos from all 4 sides and 1 photo of every interior room. 3) Email me the pictures 4) Email me a description of the property and its condition 5) If it needs a cleanout, what would you charge to do the cleanout?
