Join us each Sunday on the patio of Rott n' Grapes for a morning packed full of fun! 🧘‍♀️🥂 Elevate Yoga & Wellness will kick off the morning at 10am with those bottoms up! One of our teachers will guide you through an all levels style yoga flow, complete with a grounding sound healing meditation at the end!
