Learn to paint a textured 8 x 10 Seascape in oil. Create a stunning realistic beach scene in just 3 hours. Join renowned artist Elisabeth Ferber in this fun class to paint a realistic seascape using oil paints. She will show how to take your work to the next level by using texture to add interest and create depth. You will leave with a completed piece of art you will be proud to display in your home. This class is for all levels, Elisabeth will guide you through the process step by step. You will begin with a rough textured canvas then use a brush to block in the subject and finally enhance using fan brushes and palette knives. The prepared canvas and all the necessary supplies to ensure your success will be provided. Tuition is $35 plus a supply fee of $15 payable in cash at the beginning of class. Artisans is an artist co-op in downtown Mount Dora, Florida. We specialize in handcrafted artwork of all kinds. Within our gallery there is a small classroom in which we are offering a variety of classes that are fun and addicting. You will always be able to take home something you created in class. The classes are relaxing and intimate. Please arrive 10 minutes before the class starts. Downtown parking lots are within walking distance. Feel free to bring a non-alcoholic beverage.
