Girls Gone Fit (GGF) is a one hour, high energy dance fitness class that specializes in helping women burn significant calories with fun dance moves and the best music. This class is fit for a women who loves to have fun and enjoys moving. No matter if you can dance or not, this class teaches you the importance of fitness and shows you how fun it can be. Each class burns 500 to 1000 calories. GGF merchandise is sold at each class and GGF partners with other health and wellness businesses to ensure all members feel beautiful and confident.
