Hi all! We’re busy working parents looking for someone to work with us full time to help make things run smoothly so we can focus on work and spending QT with our little one. We both have Executive Assistants at work and we have childcare covered for our 2-year old, so you’re filling in the gaps to keep things running smoothly and handle any projects that come up. This means things like keeping the house stocked, planning travel, project managing small construction projects, researching preschools, or sourcing and managing a new house cleaner or someone to help cook us healthy meals. We’re low-key friendly people looking for someone who is very organized, very comfortable with tech, can be pro-active in finding ways to make things run smoothly, and can work independently to solve any problems or manage any projects that come up. We’re thinking of this as a salaried job, paying $90k - $160k based on your level of experience, and will include insurance and vacation time. You’ll need to come by our house in the Mission area of SF at least a few times a week (likely more at the beginning, could be less over time as you get things running smoothly) but we’re fine with you working remotely when you’re not doing on things that require being at the house. You can do most of the work during normal work/business hours but should be ok jumping in if things come up on evenings or weekends.
