Description

I'm looking to rehome my 1 year old cat. His name is VooDoo. He is a Turkish Angora, considered a rare breed. Long, slender body. His coat is pure black, with long silky hair and you'll be impressed with his big fluffy tail! Angoras are very intelligent and independent. VooDoo likes to be in the same room with you, often following you around as he will be a loyal companion. He has a playful personality and likes to fetch toys, run and jump. He's very fond of snuggling and taking naps in very silly places like a cardboard box or on top of something new you might bring home. He is also a cozy lap snuggler and will purr for a good head petting! And expect him to come running with curiosity when he hears you turn on the water. He doesn't mind a bath either. VooDoo is quite the character and will definitely entertain you with his personality! Unfortunately, I need to rehome my beautiful Angora because of a new career I have now that requires me to travel and be away from home for several days at a time. I am unable to take him with me. I'm looking for someone who can be his new "furrever family" I believe the best fit for him would be in a home without other animals or small children. I've raised him since he was 4 weeks old and it's just been him and I. He's incredibly friendly but doesn't enjoy a hectic environment. So ideally he would love to live in a calm home so he can focus on being the best companion for you. VooDoo has been a strictly indoor cat, he's never been outside and should remain an indoor cat as he most likely wouldn't know how to fend for himself outside. He is fully vaccinated and has been neutered. I will provide the papers to you. He is also microchiped, so we can update the chip through his vets office with your information. VooDoo's diet is a mix of dry (purina indoor formula) and wet food (friskies), he is fed twice a day. Here's a short video of VooDoo https://youtube.com/shorts/ZBEga78F9ZE?feature=share Typically you'll find that Turkish Angoras are adopted at a high cost, averaging around $1,500 + due to the rarity of this breed. However, I'm not a breeder nor am I looking to make a profit off my little guy. All I want is to find a great home for him. I am asking for a small rehoming fee to cover some of the costs I've supported him with such as his vaccinations, neutering, food etc... Please email me if you are genuinely interested in inquiring about VooDoo, or have more questions! Thank you! And I'm looking forward to finding his new "furrever family!"
