Star players only, MUST have experience, principals are NOT looking for a rookie or someone that needs direction. - High level of discretion and trustworthiness, must be wiling to sign an NDA if chosen for an interview. - Impeccable memory. - Time management skills. - Ability to easily move past obstacles by finding alternative solutions. - Highly organized with intense attention to detail. - An alpha type personality who is not easily intimidated by the principals. - Can plan and maintain a schedule. - Able to travel on short notice, must have passport. - Flexible and adaptable with open availability. - Excellent communication skills, is easy to get a hold of via phone or text. - Thick skinned and not easily offended. - Independent with little to no direction. - Can organize closets and is OCD with label making. - Must have a car. - Little to no supervision, principals need someone who takes initiative without being told or encouraged to do so. Ideal candidate must possesses these personality traits: Competence, Confidence, Connection, Character, and Control. Emotionally needy individuals need not apply, you must be drama free. Pass a thorough background check and have at least 5 years experience working as an assistant or relevant experience as an executive assistant. This is a position in the private home sector and not a regular 9-5 office job. Personal and professional references will be required. You must be comfortable around animals and children. Long term pay TBD but currently offering an hourly rate of $31.25. 90 day trial period required, if we find this to be a great fit transition will be as followed: salary, health, dental and vision insurance fully provided, performance based bonuses, PTO… sky is the limit.
