Photographer for non-profit Rugby team

Looking for a photographer/videographer trying to gain experience to help with content to promote our local club rugby team. We are working on local non profit youth initiatives as well to promote rugby and brand partnerships. Would like to have this as a paid internship for someone trying to get experience for their portfolio. Any experience is ok. We do know that a photographer is an essential piece and need to invest in it, but we are not at the level yet of needing professional assistance.
