I think its about a 13gal. Comes with the stuff in the tank not background drop. $40 cash = Tank, filter, hood light, underwater heater, plastic plants and accessories, 1, Blue lobster (crawfish), about 4 assassin snails, currently 2 feeder fish (rosey reds) and still one surviving orange mini ghost shrimp :) Will not deliver.
