W2 HANDYMAN NEEDED

Need to hire handyman (on payroll not self employed) to work on tenant occupied properties. We complete drywall repairs, match texture, paint, fix sink leaks, replace trim, hang doors, tile, screen, also landscape task, trimming low branches, pressure washing, and any other maintenance issues that arise on tenant properties 90% of the jobs we complete are minor repair jobs and we are in and out in a hour, then back in the work van driving to the next job. LOOKING FOR SOMEONE THAT CAN HANDLE DRYWALL AND MINOR LEAK REPAIRS IS A BIG PLUS. Pay is $120 day Based out of Lakeland, Once you are trained you will be assigned your own work van and have to go out and complete job task, Most of the work is in Central Florida, Tampa/ Orlando Markets, Sometimes a lot of drive time between jobs. Must be very friendly, clean cut, and able to complete job quickly to move onto the next job. Must have clean driver license, drug free and not be on probation. Must be able to work by yourself and problem solve, get job completed Shop is based out of Lakeland 33803 (Near Polk State College Hwy 98 South. ), looking for someone that lives close by. Looking to hire asap. Paid every Friday, on payroll. **MUST HAVE DRIVER LICENSE. ** NOT ON PROBATION **GENERAL HANDYMAN KNOWLEDGE.
