Looking for Moorage bouy or dock

Hi there my husband and i and daughter liveaboard our 38ft sailboat and have for the last 4 years been mooring on a bouy in eagle harbor leased from the city but our lease is expiring in January and as our daughter graduates in june we would like to find somewhere we can moor for thy e remaindee of the school year. Wondering if any one with a private dock or bouy would rent to us for the short term. Thanks!
