Press release from East Penn School District: December 12, 2021 East Penn School District / District News / Message Regarding Masking Dear Parents/Guardians,​​​​​​​On Friday, the Supreme Court upheld the Pa Commonwealth Court's decision to end Governor Wolf's masking mandate and deferred all masking decisions to school districts. The East Penn School District has made the decision, due to current conditions, including "high" level of COVID transmission in Lehigh County and the opportunity for our youngest students to be fully vaccinated, our district will continue to require masks in all school buildings.As a reminder, the federal mask mandate regarding transportation has been extended through March 2022.
