Found Pug

Found a pug hanging out at Cal Expo. I tried to catch it for over 2 hours in the rain and had no luck. It was very skiddish but was wearing a collar and looked healthy. I was able to thrown a few pieces of a burger at it and it ate it very quickly but wouldn't cone near me no matter what I tried. :( I hope the owner see this and is able to go there and catch it.
